Susquehanna is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team supporting the Institutional Sales Trading Desk. This role will play a key part in the development of our institutional trading platform in APAC, including the design and implementation of compliance programs to support the region’s growth. We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in client-facing businesses in Asia and a strong understanding of regional regulatory environments.
As a Compliance Associate based in our Hong Kong office, you’ll help ensure trading activity in China complies with local regulations. You will collaborate closely with Traders, Technology, and Operations from the Compliance desk, providing timely guidance and post‑trade monitoring.
This role is intentionally junior and built for growth. You’ll receive hands‑on mentorship from a senior compliance lead, a structured ramp plan, and increasing ownership of defined controls and projects with visibility across APAC. In this role, you will gain direct exposure to multi‑asset trading (equities, fixed income, futures/ETFs, commodities/options) in a market‑making environment, in one of the largest global prop trading firms.
