Overview

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in construction or technical project delivery. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage construction or technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Coordinate review from Susquehanna Legal of project contracts and agreements
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Regularly and proactively communicate and, as necessary, get approval for all changes to project schedule, scope or budget with all appropriate stakeholders
  • Review and approve contractor schedule of values
  • Review scopes of work prior to execution
  • Review plans for constructability and compliance to Susquehanna standards
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to management.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or technical environments
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management software as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Irish & UK building regulations and industry standards is a plus
  • Experience with sustainability or green building projects
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools
