The Business Project Manager plays a key role in driving the successful execution of initiatives within the Risk Management function. This individual will lead cross-functional projects, and manage program-level workstreams.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and an understanding of risk or governance processes within a regulated or operationally complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business-driven projects
- Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, monitor progress, and report on outcomes.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and track action items.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks across project lifecycles.
- Support the development of internal communications, status updates, and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Collaborate with functional leads (e.g., IT, Legal, Ops) to align project goals with business objectives and risk priorities.
- Develop clear and concise reporting for senior leadership and risk committees.
