Overview

Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG) delivers grass roots independent research coverage on a universe of roughly 253 stocks across five different industry verticals and 19 sub-sectors. We combine that with an understanding of the listed options and ETF markets to provide a more comprehensive view of the markets. We service the US institutional account base comprised of mutual funds, hedge funds and pension/endowment funds, by impacting their investment process and helping them perform in the marketplace.

As an Associate in SFG’s Sell Side Research Development Program, you will have up to four six-month rotations with Senior Research Analysts. During your rotations, you will be embedded in an analyst team under various sectors of coverage which may include Financials, Consumer/Internet, Energy/Industrials and Technology. The rotations are designed to provide insight into each sector and expose you to different methodologies used to fundamentally analyze publicly listed companies. You will also be contributing directly to products delivered into the marketplace.

SFG is the institutional broker-dealer member of Susquehanna International Group. When you join SFG, you are joining a small and close nit team with all the perks of being part of a larger organization. In addition to your rotations, you will participate in Susquehanna's education program, which will expose you to financial writing, options and the decision-making strategies that our traders employ. Throughout the program, you will gain expertise in financial analysis and accounting concepts that will enhance your ability to build sector and company models that are the core of our business. You will have the opportunity to interact with corporate management teams and be introduced to industry contacts to strengthen your understanding of the sector and its drivers. Associates will also earn the Series 7, 86, & 87 licenses and be encouraged to begin the CFA program.
