Overview

By joining our Technology Recruiting Team as a Sourcer you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. Beyond sourcing and hiring, we partner with managers and interviewers throughout the entire recruiting process. You work directly with managers to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements. Your efforts will impact our hiring strategy, branding initiatives, and local event sponsorship along with building candidate relationships and pipelines. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Source candidates for a variety of roles within SIG's technology organization
  • Work with managers and recruiters to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
  • Measure success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and making recommendations for change based on your findings

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a sourcer or recruiter required
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment, preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR
  • Ability to be onsite in our Philadelphia-area headquarters 4 days per week
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
