Our Trading Risk team develops mission-critical systems that provide real-time market risk insights across desks, asset classes, and global markets. These tools are used daily by traders, Compliance, and executive leadership to analyze risk, limits, counterparty exposure, P&L, and more.
Develop real-time risk systems used throughout the trading floor, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Partner with traders, Compliance, and fellow technologists to design and deliver innovative solutions that respond to evolving business needs.
Gain exposure across desks and financial products, contributing to systems that touch on pricing, market data, scenarios, and risk metrics.
Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design through to production deployment and support.
Expand your technical toolkit, with hands-on experience in distributed systems, real-time messaging, and high-performance computing.
Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented design, with solid experience across both server-side and desktop applications (WPF, WinForms, etc.).
Experience with multi-threading, performance tuning, and real-time messaging technologies.
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills—comfortable working closely with traders, Compliance, and engineering peers.
A passion for problem-solving and innovation, with an interest in financial markets and risk systems.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in risk or trading systems, particularly around derivative pricing, P&L, or Greeks.
Familiarity with Tibco RV or similar messaging middleware in real-time applications.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and a track record of continuous improvement in software delivery.
