Overview

Susquehanna is looking to add an FPGA Lead Engineer to our technology team.  In this role, you will lead the design and development of hardware-accelerated solutions and manage a team of FPGA engineers. You will use your in-depth knowledge of FPGA design and architecture to translate problems into hardware solutions. Additionally, you will participate from concept to production including hardware selection, FPGA design, simulation, and testing. Existing knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP is strongly preferred. Experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog or HLS is required. Prior exposure to financial markets & trading strategy development is highly valued, though not essential. This is an excellent chance to put your stamp on an exciting and challenging use of technology.

In this role, you will:

 

Architect and design solutions to accelerate key areas of our infrastructure including hardware selection and key functional blocks


Oversee and mentor a team of engineers in the design, verification, and implementation of RTL designs using VHDL.


Implement solutions from the board to API and deploy out to a production environment


Interact with software teams to capture and design solutions in hardware
