Susquehanna International Group is looking for an AI Business Intelligence Developer to join our Corporate Systems AI team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters.

These applications are vital to a variety of teams including trading, operations, back office, and investment businesses.

 As an AI Business Intelligence Developer, you will be a critical player on our Corporate Systems team, working directly with the stakeholders and end users across our Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Venture Capital teams.  Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement AI-driven business intelligence solutions that enhance our ability to analyze complex data sets and derive strategic insights. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and accessibility, helping drive smarter business decisions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop sophisticated AI-driven BI solutions utilizing machine learning algorithms to create predictive models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure robust data models that support strategic analytics and business intelligence objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, managing data integration and transformation processes to align with strategic business and technology goals.
• Incorporate machine learning solutions to automate and optimize business intelligence processes, contributing to the advancement of company's data-driven capabilities.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their strategic needs while maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

• Proven experience in business intelligence development with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, Power BI) and data processing languages (e.g., SQL, Python). Experience with additional Business Intelligence tools, such as SSRS or SSAS, a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of ETL design using ETL tools (such as SSIS or Informatica) to extract data from heterogeneous data sources strongly preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or related technical discipline is required
