Susquehanna International Group is looking for an AI – Test Engineer to join our Corporate Systems AI team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters.

Our team is dedicated to integrating artificial intelligence opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies for both in-house and third-party applications. These applications are vital to a variety of teams including trading, operations, back office, and investment businesses.

We are seeking a dynamic AI Test Engineer who will play a crucial role in every phase of our application lifecycle, from deployment to production. In this role, you’ll not only ensure the functional integrity and performance of our applications but also lead efforts in integrating state-of-the-art generative AI technologies. You will design and implement testing strategies to accommodate new features, evolving architectures, and ever-changing operational requirements, directly enhancing the experiences of our end-users—our partners.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Collaborate in the planning, documentation, and development of test cases, adhering to industry standards while staying ahead of the latest AI technology enhancements.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of testing environments, ensuring effective automation and seamless software deployment processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously enhance testing capabilities and methodologies.
  • Conduct specialized testing efforts, including functional, performance, volume, and stress testing, while refining test processes, methodologies, and developing comprehensive regression tests.
  • Work closely with end-users to improve the functionality and usability of application suites crucial to Susquehanna’s success, reinforcing a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience of hands-on application software testing such as: Rapid software testing, exploratory testing, system testing, production data verification, performance testing
  • Experience with AI Technologies including Vector and Graph databases
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications
  • Experience in cloud services like Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Scripting experience (Python, Perl, Bash)
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business systems.
  • Ability to work closely with development team and business users to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and defect tracking systems will be considered a strong asset for this role
  • An analytical mind with the ability and drive to use available resources to understand, diagnose and solve problems
