Overview

Susquehanna International Group is looking for a  Technical Systems Analyst  to join our HR Tech & Shared Services team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between our corporate lines of business and our internal software development team. You will manage and support all technical aspects of our compensation systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Your projects will range from enhancing existing platforms to implementing new solutions, all while maintaining a holistic understanding of our compensation products.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they align with both technical and business needs.
  • Champion improvements and provide in-depth analysis within the compensation business areas.
  • Elicit business requirements through interviews, design sessions, and surveys, translating them into practical solutions.
  • Provide application support, manage customizations, configurations, upgrades, and deployments
  • Define and manage data interfaces, ensuring data integrity through analysis, cleansing, and validation
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and other relevant documents.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or a related role required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing application implementation and support services to end users or working within or in support of HR, Compensation and/or Payroll domains, & their associated systems, required
  • Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams, with involvement in the full SDLC (Agile, Lean and/or Kanban) required
  • Strong SQL Skills required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Previous experience in Product and/or Project Management a plus
  • Experience with technology solutions supporting compensation planning models a plus
  • Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe or other integration enabling tools a plus
