Overview

By joining our Campus Recruiting Team as a Recruiter, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. You will play an integral role in sourcing, interviewing and onboarding top-tier candidates for our co-op, internship, and full-time programs. Your ability to partner with hiring managers will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and on-campus branding initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Source and interview campus candidates for a variety of roles throughout the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process
  • Partner and collaborate with groups within the business and on campus to identify, plan and execute student group sponsorships and events
  • Attend and facilitate career fairs, campus events, campus recruiting dinners, and networking/social events for our programs

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in Recruiting or Campus Recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles required
