We’re looking for a C# Strategy Developer to join our Trading Technology team. In this role, you’ll work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to design, build, and optimize business-critical trading systems and strategy tooling. You’ll help develop high-performance, scalable applications that process large volumes of market data in real time and support automated decision-making in fast-moving electronic markets. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on trading outcomes across the region.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Design, develop, and enhance trading applications and strategy tools using C# in a real-time environment.  
  • Partner closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and technologists to implement and refine trading logic and supporting systems.  
  • Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that process large volumes of market and trading data.  
  • Tune and optimize systems for latency, throughput, stability, and operational resilience.  
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through deployment and production support.  
  • Help evolve the architecture, tooling, and engineering practices that support our trading systems over the long term.  

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.  
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and developing applications using C# in a heterogeneous technical environment.  
  • Strong command of object-oriented designmulti-threadingprofilingperformance tuningnetwork/socket programming, and interprocess communication 
  • Experience building high-performance, real-time, or distributed systems with demanding reliability and scalability requirements.  
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software systems that meet challenging business and technical goals.  
  • Prior experience developing automated tradingmarket making, or other algorithmic trading systems is highly regarded.  
  • Experience writing trading system logic that manages orders and interacts with live markets is strongly preferred.  
  • Knowledge of optionspricing concepts, and Greeks would be a plus.  
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
