Susquehanna International Group is currently seeking an Employment Contracts Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with legal, HR, and payroll to help the team deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires and employees.
In this role you will:
- Manage the end-to-end contract issuance process for employment agreements from initial drafts through to final sign off for new hires, transfers, and secondees
- Maintain a register of contract templates and identify opportunities to enhance and improve the employment contract management process
- Review candidate comments and suggest alternative language/responses in conjunction with manager/legal sign off
- Track and manage multiple contracts simultaneously and keep a detailed database of finalized contracts with conditions, limitations, and expiries
- Work closely with internal legal counsel to ensure contractual terms are kept in line with global internal standards and local legislative requirements
- Ensure contract renewals are timely and accurate and are issued using up-to-date template language
- Liaise with business heads, payroll, and internal legal counsel about terms of separation and ensure that these agreed terms are documented and communicated to departing employees
- Maintain close liaison with the payroll function to ensure that amendments to contracts that impact payroll are updated and reflected in the HR systems
- Assist with other employment-related documents, as requested
