We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen and maintain compliance activities across our growing swap dealer. This role involves significant interaction with external and internal personnel at all levels, including senior management, regulatory agencies, trading, and internal audit. The successful candidate will be an active voice as the firm continues to expand its market profile.

In this role you will:

• Review and update the firm’s internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development of new risk monitoring reports, policies, and procedures associated with SIMM (Standard Initial Margin Model) usage.
• Produce reports for regulators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle.
• Conduct daily monitoring of the swap dealer’s internal risk metrics against established limits.
• Review the trade reporting process to the Swap Data Repository (SDR) via DTCC.
• Assist in the development of enhanced credit and capital usage reporting dashboards.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a bank, hedge fund, or swap dealer.
• Experience with SR 11-7, including the development and implementation of risk management frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CFTC regulations and compliance requirements for swap dealers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and regulatory agencies.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective compliance programs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
