Overview

As a Trading Operations Administrator on the Trading Operations team, you will be responsible for Susquehanna’s options broker relationships. This role involves working closely with our traders, brokers, and counterparties. Due to the high volume of trades, we are looking for candidates who have exceptional attention to detail. This role will offer a great exposure to a front office Trading environment and will be an excellent opportunity if you have strong communication skills and an interest in financial markets.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the first line of support and liaise with brokers and traders throughout the day
  • Be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of trade confirmations
  • Reconcile daily positions, ensuring trades are settled and cleared
  • Receipt, execution, and allocation of orders through internal/external systems
  • Accrual, reconciliation, and payment of brokerage invoices

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions and use own initiative
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills; including effective troubleshooting in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
  • Experience in financial markets is not required although we welcome those with experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
