We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and will be proficient with Microsoft 365, Including Excel. Prior tax experience is helpful, but not required.

In this role you will:

• Perform data analysis and reconciliations
• Prepare and manage information reporting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Leverage Alteryx for data processing and automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills to review and interpret complex financial data.
• Experience in reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing detailed reports.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to make efficient use of time.
• Experience with Alteryx preferred
