We are looking for a hands-on Learning and Development (L+D) leader with experience executing global strategy while supporting local developmental needs and leading a small team of professionals. This role reports into the Global Head of Learning and Development (based in the United States) with close ties to the local Human Resources team. The successful candidate will partner with a broad range of colleagues globally, including HR generalists, L+D and HR team members, senior leaders, as well as business and technical experts, to help build and deliver initiatives that will help grow our leaders and improve performance.
