Commencing February or March 2026
As an Equity or Macro Analyst on Susquehanna's Research team, you will partner with senior analysts and traders to identify investment opportunities. Our research analysts provide in-depth country and sector-level analysis and deliver timely insights as new information emerges throughout the trading day. This role will commence in February or March 2026, offering you the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative, and market-driven environment.
You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities that others may overlook—either by discovering new information or reframing existing knowledge from a different perspective. This role combines quantitative finance with creative problem solving to generate trade ideas in a fast-paced proprietary trading environment.
At Susquehanna, we place a strong emphasis on education and development. You will learn directly from research analysts and traders on your desk while also participating in structured classroom education, including options theory and the decision-making strategies that underpin our trading approach.
