Overview

The Operations Analyst Program is a rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for a Compliance Analyst position that immediately impacts our business.

 

 During the first six months of the program, you will work alongside the operations team to gain in-depth exposure to the trading desks and various business areas at Susquehanna. Your rotations are designed to provide insight into how Susquehanna is structured and will incorporate hands-on experience through daily responsibilities and project work. Your project work is designed to familiarize you with the overall operations of the firm and flow of information as it pertains to compliance. In addition to rotations, the program includes classroom training sessions focused on developing company-specific knowledge, technical skills, and business effectiveness skills. You will continuously build relationships and a network of colleagues across the firm which will be an invaluable resource throughout your career at Susquehanna.

 

Once you complete the program, you will be begin your career in compliance. Our compliance team provides critical support to ensure that the firm operates within regulatory requirements. By joining our team, you will gain exposure across multiple areas within compliance in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of U.S. broker-dealer regulation. You will interact with teams across the firm, including trading desks, technology, and operations, and gain knowledge of different types of securities, such as equities, options, and fixed income products.  

 

Throughout the program, you will be mentored by senior members of Susquehanna's compliance and operations teams who will work with you to guide your development process. At the end of your rotations, you will be expected to leverage your diverse skill set and knowledge of Susquehanna's business to maximize your impact as a member of our compliance team.

What we’re looking for

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline preferred
  • Ability to start full time in August 2025
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Prior co-op/internship/work experience in the US Capital Markets or related role preferred
  • Experience with VBA or SQL preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to obtain the Series 57 license, and possibly other securities industry licenses
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
