Delta One Development Team

The Delta One Development Team is responsible for developing trading technologies for the Delta One trading desk at SIG. The team develops tool from front end UI application all the way to exchange facing server-side applications. These applications help trader improve decision speed and quality and directly impact business results. The technologies used including C++, C#, python, and anything could help to achieve the goals.

What you’ll do

• Analysis, design, and development of business-critical systems.
• Taking projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release.
• Working closely with traders on developing high performance C# front-end trading applications, quantitative researchers on implementing trading models and signals and other technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading.
• Be committed to innovation with a strong interest in learning and working with new technologies.
• Acquire business knowledge and technical expertise from working in a proactive, collegial, and exciting environment.
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

• Tertiary education in Computer Science field.
• 5+ years of professional C# development experience.
• Experience with Python is desirable.
• Good understanding of financial markets is highly regarded.
• Experience of real time applications would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of the full software development life cycle. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on quality deliveries.
• Good communication skills and hard working
