What you’ll do

  • Analysis, design, and development of business-critical trading systems.
  • Optimise systems to improve performance and latency.
  • Collaborate with Technologists, Traders, and Quantitative Analysts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the capability and reliability of the systems, using technology, automation, and optimisation.
  • Be committed to innovation with a strong interest in learning and working with new technologies.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency with any object-oriented language (we often use C#, C++, and Python)
  • Graduates of a related field of study (bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, etc) and have 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Problem solvers constantly seeking out new challenges.
  • Adaptability – someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid organizational structure.
