    By joining our Campus Recruiting Team as a Software Development Recruiter, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. You will be responsible for hiring top-tier software developers for our co-op, internship and early-career programs. Your efforts will impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and on-campus branding initiatives. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.

    In this role, you will

    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for co-op, intern and full-time campus hiring ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process
    • Partnering and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the overall needs and requirements of positions
    • Attending and facilitating career fairs, on-campus interview days, campus events, campus recruiting dinners, and networking/social events for our programs

    What we’re looking for

    • Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a recruiter; prior experience in a University Recruiting team preferred
    • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates, preferred
    • Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles required
