    By joining our Campus Recruiting Team and Education Team as a Candidate Experience Coordinator , you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, collaborative, and who can thrive in our informal but fast-paced and dynamic environment.


    This opportunity will allow you to leverage your organizational and communication skills to support the team in the recruitment of new hires.  Your main responsibility will be to support our recruiters in facilitating campus candidates throughout the interview process. This will include communication with candidates and employees regarding interview scheduling, expense reimbursements, assisting recruiting coordinators in campus event logistics, and being a resource to candidates during their onsite interviews at SIG’s Bala Cynwyd headquarters.  In addition, you will be responsible for reconciling expense reports and overseeing general office maintenance.   We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized and able to think critically in a fast-paced environment.   


    If you join us, you will:

    • Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and business managers
    • Schedule and confirm first round phone interviews
    • Assist with office tours, lunches and desk rotations during final round interviews
    • Facilitate university recruiting dinners and/or events, including networking/social events for the summer internship program
    • Manage additional projects such as reporting, researching universities and/or on-campus events, etc.
    • Assist campus recruiters and coordinators in the execution of campus events
    • Reconcile expense reports for Recruiting and Education Teams
    • Provide employee and candidate reimbursements
    • Support campus coordinators with organizing and distributing applicant resumes
    • Manage phone calls and inquiries from candidates and internal employees
    • Maintain and improve procedures for all areas of responsibility from simple process enhancements to larger initiatives

    What we’re looking for

    • Minimum of one (1) year of professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant, or experience in event planning, coordination or a similar role
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
    • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
    • Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems
    • Superior time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
    • Strong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word and Excel
