  • Overview

The Trading Operations Analyst Graduate Programme is SIG’s full-time rotational training programme designed to upskill and fast track development of recently qualified graduates. The programme provides a blend of education, technical and analytical skill building, exposure to SIG’s trading activities and an insight in the financial industry. The programme prepares you for a position within the Trading Ops teams that immediately impacts SIG’s business.

Throughout the programme, you will work alongside and rotate through SIG’s various Operations team to gain in-depth exposure to the firm’s trading desks and various business areas at SIG. These rotations provide graduates with hands-on experience and insight in to how SIG’s trading operates. The programme also incorporates classroom training sessions focused on developing company-specific knowledge and technical skills (SQL, VBA etc.).

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you'll be mentored by a senior member of SIG’s Operations team, who will work with you to guide your development process. By the end of the programme, you will be able to leverage your diverse skill set and knowledge of the business to maximize your impact. You will be placed in a role that best aligns with your skills, interests, and SIG’s business needs.
