The Options Sales desk is responsible for generating and handling orders from external counterparties. Starting in 2015 our business has continued to grow and now we are looking for a new options sales trader to keep up with the increase in the number of active clients we deal with.
As an Options Sales Trader you will be responsible for handling orders; from liaising with trading to deliver pricing to the execution of post trades processes. You will have the opportunity to identify and assist in the approach of new clients. You will manage the relationships with existing clients to resolve any issues that arise and look for opportunities to generate future orders from these counterparties. You’ll be able to manage the fine line between prioritising SIG whilst also representing the client’s interests and building long-term relationships. So tact and diplomacy are critical. The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with counterparties on the phone, be able to develop a detailed understanding of the options business and will be motivated to continue the growth of our sales business.
