Overview

To continue in our expansion we are recruiting for a talented Citrix Engineer to join the technology team in Dublin working as part of the Infrastructure team. As the successful candidate you will contribute to a team that is responsible for delivering technology solutions to server components of our production trading environment, specifically being tasked with the deployment and management of our Citrix environments.

 

The role involves you being a point of escalation for problems with a large production environment and rapidly responding to issues as they arise during trading hours. The role includes implementing planned changes to the production systems outside of trading hours.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management/Support of multiple Citrix environments.
  • Maintain maximum uptime of all Citrix environments.
  • Working with application developers to define business and technical requirements for new application development.
  • Assist in creation and/or definition of technical requirements.
  • Scripting of regular tasks and operations across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor systems resources and processes using various tools.

What we’re looking for

Very strong knowledge in all of the following:

  • Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.
  • Citrix Provisioning Server 7.
  • Citrix Receiver 4.
  • Citrix Netscaler 10 and 11.
  • Citrix Storefront 3.
  • Citrix XenServer 6.5
  • Virtual and physical server environments.
  • High availability.
  • Scripting and automating Windows and Linux.
