Our Fixed Income technology team has a unique role for someone with knowledge of the Fixed Income markets and the desire to build technology solutions from scratch.  We are looking for a Software Developer to work directly with our traders on building a brand new pre-trade analysis application to help analyze market data, macro/micro events, and trade patterns. This system will be used daily by the desk as they look for new opportunities and make trading decisions. We’re looking for a strong C# developer who has experience working on both GUIs and service-based applications. This role is located in our New York City office, but involves heavy collaboration with our Fixed Income team based in Philadelphia.

  • Design, develop and support analytical tools for our fixed income desk
  • Collaborate extensively with traders to understand technical requirements
  • Identify ways to provide better support to users and improve business workflows

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline or its foreign equivalent
  • Familiarity with a trading environment and fixed income products required
  • Hands-on experience with C#.NET
  • Experience with WPF preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, an effective communicator, and resourceful in solving problems
