Overview

SIG is growing and we’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to administer, support and evolve our HR Systems globally.  These systems facilitate the flow of large and diverse data sets within and between systems that directly fuel hiring, employee development and HR business decisions made each day.

 

In this role, you will not be bound by limitations. You’ll partner directly with your stakeholders to ascertain their true needs, leveraging and building upon your keen technical skills to maximize opportunities to think outside the box.  This freedom to innovate will enable you to design and develop solutions to address your stakeholders needs directly, whether that be through identifying optimal ways to utilize the data within these platforms, enhanced system customization or building what the systems may not provide directly.  You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to own the spaces and projects you’re supporting with your ideas fueling the forward evolution of these systems.

 

Sample projects have included:

  • Creation of a leave management system
  • Implementation of an international onboarding system
  • Development of a 360 review system
  • Implementation of multiple payroll systems, both domestically and internationally

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing application implementation and support services to end users or working within or in support of Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and/or Compensation domains & systems required
  • Previous experience working with and in support of iCIMS and UltiPro preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with data integration and/or vendor feeds required
  • Knowledge of SDLC models required
  • Strong SQL & T-SQL Skills required
  • Previous experience supporting international payroll, benefits and tax systems and processes a plus
  • Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe or other integration enabling tools a plus
  • Experience with BI Reporting Platforms (i.e. Qlikview) and/or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
  • Prior experience leading or supervising teams and/or projects a plus
  • Bachelors degree
