    SIG is hiring a Lead Business Systems Analyst to administer, support and evolve our Global Accounting & Financial Systems. These systems interface with third party and internally developed applications to directly facilitate financial tracking and reporting, firm-wide. They incorporate a complex flow through structure that takes the financials from our global entities and rolls them up to the Susquehanna International Group parent company for financial management & reporting purposes.


    You will not be bound by limitations in this role.  In fact, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your accounting knowledge and technical expertise to partner directly with your stakeholders domestically and internationally to ascertain their true needs and deliver creative solutions that maximize systemic capabilities. This freedom to think outside the box will enable you to customize or build solutions that will directly impact the usability of the systems you’re supporting. And if you’re experience isn’t related to Great Plains/GP, but you’re interested in using what you’ve done with similar platforms (such as PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.), to learn something new and influence the global expansion of our systems, we want to talk!


    You’ll design, manage and implement solutions such as

    • Expanding all modules within SIG’s Financial Systems including the General Ledger, AP, Fixed Assets and Procurement internationally
    • Developing home-grown mobile application for inventory management and scanning
    • Refactoring Market Data Accrual processes
    • Setting up and growing US and International Business Entities
    • Building out automated reporting capabilities with International Banks in support of business operations
    • Directly influencing plans related to future systemic upgrades/enhancements

    What we’re looking for

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing ERP financial systems implementation, administration and support services for platforms such as Great Plains/GP, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite or something similar
    • Experience with, or an interest in moving to & learning, Great Plains/GP required
    • Prior experience supporting accounting users or working within an accounting role a strong plus
    • Knowledge of and experience with supporting large, multi-entity consolidations (rollups)
    • Previous experience working with data integration and/or vendor feeds required
    • Knowledge of SDLC models
    • Strong SQL & T-SQL Skills
    • Experience with international, multi-currency accounting (including knowledge of VAT, GST) a plus
    • Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe or other integration enabling tools a plus
    • Experience with BI Reporting Platforms (i.e. Qlikview) and/or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
    • Bachelors degree required; undergraduate or graduate degree specialization in Business (Accounting, Finance or related discipline) and/or Computer Science preferred
