Susquehanna is seeking a full-time onsite Medical Assistant and Wellness Coordinator to support our Nurse Practitioner and help deliver high-quality acute care and wellness services to our employees. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who enjoys the combination of hands-on clinical support, operational management and wellness education.
The Medical Assistant and Wellness Coordinator will work closely with the onsite NP and the Susquehanna Global Benefits and HR teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the Wellness Center while helping advance overall employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
The Wellness Center is located in Susquehanna’s headquarters in Bala Cynwyd and is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Wellness Center visits are typically thirty minutes. The Wellness Center supports roughly 1,800 onsite employees.
This role will spend one half of their time in the Wellness Center and the other half of their time in HR.
