Susquehanna is growing across APAC, and we’re expanding our Sydney team with a Trader Desk Associate. This role sits at the heart of our trading operation, supporting traders and ensuring our desks run with accuracy, speed, and control.
As a Trader Desk Associate, you will work closely with traders and the broader market—handling key operational tasks, maintaining accurate positions and P&L, and ensuring smooth execution and communication. You will also gain exposure to trading systems, algorithmic tools, and automation initiatives. This role offers strong learning opportunities and direct insight into a fast‑paced trading environment.
