Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced QA/BA specialist to lead and execute all business analysis and testing activities for a project integrating the Broadridge sell‑side application suite (OMS ULLink, EMS TBRIX, and GLOSS) with Susquehanna systems. Based in Hong Kong, this role works closely with Sales desk, technologists, PM and vendor teams, validating end-to-end workflows in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment.

 

In this role, you will

  • Execute end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing across OMS, EMS, and post-trade systems
  • Validate full order lifecycle workflows from execution through clearing and settlement
  • Perform integration testing of third-party vendor platforms with in-house trading systems
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans
  • Contribute to and execute automated test scripts
  • Partner with user/business and developers to validate trading logic and edge cases
  • Investigate and document defects, and data inconsistencies
  • Maintain QA documentation using Jira and Confluence
  • Train and accompany Susquehanna sales, trading and Operations on using Broadridge system for their different functions and use cases.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience testing Broadridge OMS/EMS and Back office (GLOSS ) platform is a must.
  • 3+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst or Testing Engineer in electronic trading or capital markets
  • Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and market workflows
  • Exposure to equities, ETFs, derivatives financial products
  • Experience with integration and automated testing
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
