The Operations Tech Analyst Programme (OA) is a 9-month rotational programme for soon to be and recent graduates. This programme provides a blend of education, skill building, and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry. It will prepare you for a full-time position where you will be designing and developing applications and processes for the operations department.
Our Programme:
As an Operations Tech Analyst, you will be exposed to the full life cycle of Susquehanna’s trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment which Susquehanna operates in. Trading Operations work at the intersection of trading, technology, and external counterparties. You will work within the trading operations teams to decompose problems into their logical components and develop efficient technology solutions which will be released to the desks. You and the team will be responsible for the full lifecycle (Design, Build, Test and Maintain) of each application the Trading Operations Tech team takes ownership of.
Working alongside our team you will have an in-depth exposure to all the different trading desks and business areas at Susquehanna. Each rotation will incorporate hands-on experience and real-time tech projects to add value. Throughout the rotations you will work with our inhouse technology development teams as well as working closely with our tactical teams. If you have a keen interest in the financial markets, technology and collaborating with traders then this could be the role for you.
